It was such a long day being shown the ropes at the local clinic by the amazing Dr. Phingerfuck. I was shadowing him over a couple of patients and I have to say I really loved the way things were run around here. I was verbalizing my excitement to Dr. Phingerfuck who was all too aware how exciting it could be on the first day.
