Archie had an emergency explaining to the nurse practitioner that he was joining a frat called Delta Epsilon and he had to do a pledge and they shoved a hair brush up his ass  which got stuck so in a panic and emergency he went to the clinic to see if they can remove the hairbrush out of his ass.
